If you are planning to buy one of from Alto K10 or Wagon-R then check the below fact dan decide after that.   Maruti Alto K 10 is better than Maruti Wagon-R. I had purchased New ALTO K 10 Vxi model as on 24/10/2012. I had short Listed this car after brief survey and comparison's. This car is truely value for money pack as it provides 1000 cc engine - Power Steering - Power Windows - Tubelss tier and space that any other competitor can provide .You have to pay comparatively low than its competitor and get all inclusive package. I bought Alto K10 VXI on 10-12-2012 and friends it is more than my expectations, wonderful car with great mileage. Though interiors are not so good but exterior and power of engine is fantastice. It takes only 14 sec. to reach 100 km. which even sedan car lacks. I recommend it over Eon,Santro etc, and it give me city milege of 16-17 km per litre and around 22 on highway without ac. Look and Style: Front is excellent. Looks like sedan, from front. Sides are bit boring. Back is almost copied from old Zen, and tail lamps are from Spark. Overall nice sober looking car.   Comfort: Front seat are excellent for people of any height. I brought the k10 vxi for my family of 3 one year back. Great car. looks are good. small car so no problem in traffic or for parking. pick up and performance is great. I have been From Pune to Goa 3 times and to bombay once and this are my findings( top speed 140 km/h mileage 20 km/ltr). Overall the best car in small car segment. Look and Style  Alto K10 looks slightly better than the earlier version of Alto Comfort  The power steering makes driving comfortable, and the passenger seating is ok, though low.
