Overall Experience we booked vento highline petrol automatic black colour last month they commit us to give the car after 20 days we sign booking amount of 50000rs after 10 days they said us that there is no black colour in production from starting they didnt told us while we r giving them booking amt.before 10 days after wards they r forcing us to purchase white colour in vento we said ok bcoz there is no option left after 5 days we visit there showroom at haldwani das auto volkswagen  there ventos r in stock bt when we saw all the cars they r of 2011 model and they said that they will deliever us 2011 model white vento after 5 days we shocked bcoz they have nt told us before soo many days 2012 vento is not in production yet we refuse to purchase the car and said them to give our booking amt.back we cancel our booking that day only and they commit us to take our booking amt.next day bt the next day they r telling us that their head of volkswagen MR.BHARAT has gone out of station for 5 days they r delaying us15 days over till yet they hv nt gave us our amount of 50000 vw company is a company of fraud dont ever enter vw showroom at haldwani MR.PANDEY there at vw manager of that company he is also a fraud volkswagen needs more shit.......
