Tafe reach is worst in servicing.I accept this strongly.They never clean interiors too during the service.They should impove in lot of areas or else TATA would go downin sales.
One of the worst service ever i have seen in my life. No proper response, no commitment on the delivery date, and no sales personnel will pick up the phone once they noted u r number. Horrible horrible horrible service...........

problem seems to be dealer oriented rather than product. Try to be patient. Mr. Verma is right, counter the shani.
tata vista car is very good. Service is very very BAAAAD.
I strongly accept that tafe reach is worst in doing service.i tink because of them so many customers will move to other company vehicle....They should take necessary steps to improve...They should respond to the customers correctly...There is no proper respones from service persons

The Vista is a good car and shares its engine with the Punto and the same diesel engine as the Swift. Have a look at the Punto and the Swift before making up your mind. Thanks, CarDekho Team

If you need to travel with your family go ahead with Tata Aura since with its spacious interior and nice pick up you will feel comfortable
Tata Motors cannot deliver quality, I am currently in dispute with them for my June 2009 purchased Indica Vista Aura Multijet in Warranty which has serious rusting issues as all undercarriage parts are corroded, AC Condenser Bracket 100% rusted whos base gave away and the Condenser would have fallen on the Road if not taken to the Service Center timely, Every Nut & Bolt Rusted !!! A Police Complaint is also made against Concord Motors & Tata Motors for Blackmail & Threats, Concord Motors is 100% Subsidary of Tata Motors & thus sells off Defective & Unsold Stocks of Tata Motors as they have to me, they forced upon me a 2008 Made Car in 2009 with an unwanted discount after Blocking me of Rs 51,000 for Booking a New Car. All is available via Emails exchanged. If Tata Motors fail to take back the defective Car as sold to me than I will be publishing the pictures in the Media soon with much more, keep posted. My most sincere advise to all, buy anything but a Tata Vehicle if its your hard earned Money. Bobby Shah.
Indica Vista Aura is a superb car in its segment, with its spacious interior, quick pickup, smooth drive, good mileage it outclasses its competetors ( Maruthi Swift & Ford Figo) both make you feel cramped inside. Regarding service You have options you need not stuck to a single dealer, you can try others who do good service. Have travelled 3 long trips felt very comfortable.
Tata Indica Vista Aura is a fantastic car. I have one and now it's almost 1 year old. Gone for several long trips and found extremely comfortable because of the huge space that it has. I strongly recommend people not to make decision based on the service centers. Ultimately it's the car that you want to perform and not the service center. If not happy with one Service center than preferably go to some other service center. But all in all I like my Vista Aura Quadrajet. Not sure about others...

Plz dn't ever purchase Tata indica vista.I bought Tata indica vista Tdi in feb 2010, from the very begining the car is suffering from low mileage proble(11 kms/ltr,on highway).Fuel gauge is also not working properly.since the purchase of car i have been complaning almost every week, but fuel gauge was changed after 14 months but same problem persists.the problem of mileage has not been solved since now(16-6-2011).I m suffering from high b.p since i purchased the car.
Hi I had a bad experience visiting TAFE Chennai for my Indica service. They ensure that the car goes back to the garage every month for some problem or the other. Inspite of repeated requests, they do not allow us to talk to Tata Motors direct support service staff. I am very upset dealing with TAFE
those who are thinking of buying a TATA vehicle pleassse dont buy the vehicle they are pathetic both as a vehicle and dealer arrangement .The spares are not available i have not got the AC fan even after follwing up for one month and driving my vehicle without AC .the car seat rattles like anything they dont know how to get it right.if one problem is sorted out another comes up i dont know how many times my vehicle has been to the workshop since the day i bought it. u keep on writing mails to customer care they are least bothered ,u dial there helpline for getting a complaint registered that is closed without even consulting u with comments customer satisfaction letter taken So say TATA to TATA if you want problem of High blood pressure
I purchased fiat linea t.jet in tafe reach ltd, the buying experience is very good. sales satisfaction also nice and sales person is excellent.then i gone for 1st service in tafe service centre its really bad,worst service they are doing.really bothered.i have ac problem still now they not rectified.i given 3 times i given vehcile for service but not yet rectified. then iam planning to give the vehicle to give in vst. anyway sales is too good comparing to other dealers. Service centers are the looting place of spare parts they have changed my 2 tyres. They bill of their own but not done. If we cross examin they say some other fault. Is any one take this as seriour kindly have a quality check in every service centers plsssssssssss.
