mis leading commitments

I have purchased a Skoda Superb from Jai Auto in the month of July, 2010.  Before finalizing the vehicle, I questioned about the bluetooth feature which was showing in the console, I was informed by the sales people of Jai Auto that Skoda will activate the same as and when the feature is brought into India by Skoda, which was expected to be introduced very soon. Now I find that the 2011 model has the phone feature and I approached Jai Auto to activate the phone feature on my Car.  They informed that it cannot be done since there is so such provision to do so, which is total variance of what they had informed and committed to me while selling the car.  In top of that the PHONE tab was also in the console to prove their claim. It is a misleading action from SKODA INDIA that they are showing such features in their car to attract the customers and giving false commitments when it cannot be made function at all.
