With the city traffic increasing by the day, I was inclined towards buying a hatchback as bigger cars will be a lot of hassle to drive. Keeping this in mind I started looking out for options from various companies. I reached a showroom of Skoda India to see the recently launched Skoda Fabia Scout and instantly was enticed by it. This hatchback is being offered in both petrol and diesel options with the same engine that is there in the regular variant of this hatchback. But what took my heart were the looks of this smart and sleek hatchback. The outsides of the car are really good with a stylish front and neat sides with an impressive rear to give it a sporty and rugged look. The rails fitted in the roof also add to the masculinity of this car. When I took it out for a spin, the engine was very smooth and responsive with a good pick up and effortless gear shifts. It was very good in peak traffic and easy to maneuver and the pedals are also very receptive. The air conditioning is also very powerful and cools the cabin quickly. The instrument cluster has got many notification lights which give out a lot of information to the driver instantly. The interiors are very comfortable and have many convenience features like power windows, music system and many other things. Skoda Fabia Scout also has safety features like ABS, airbags and protective cladding to avoid any scratches, which increased my confidence further in this elegant hatchback.  The mileage is also quite good and the Skoda Fabia Scout price is starting at Rs. 4.46 lakh, ex-showroom New Delhi. Overall, with the kind of features and performance packed engine this hatchback is offering, it has certainly won my vote.
