Duster - A painful journey

Buying Duster has proven to be one of the worst decisions that I have ever taken. I bought my Duster in March 2015. Just in a months time, I have faced following major issues (there are many minor ones, but, I won't highlight them here) 1. I got Duster's delivery during late evening. After a day or so, during daytime, I found a dent on its rear bumper. Touch up was done to cover it up. Though after a lot of argument with the service center bumper was replaced, I still wonder how a company can deliver a dented car to its customer. 2. After 2 days of purchase, a lot of noise started coming from the rear section of the car. After complaining to the Customer Care, the noise issue was handled by the service center. But, now, I hear noise from the front panel. I have been writing about the same to the company's Customer care for more than a week now, but, there has been no response. Again, this noise gives me a feel that I have bought a used car at the price of a new one. The customer care guys or I must say Renault as a company is too arrogant to respond to my complaint. 3. The faulty Media Nav Music system is of a highly poor quality that it skips sounds over Bluetooth. Have never seems any Bluetooth skipping sound of the source device. I complained about this to the dealer. He replaced the system with another faulty one. I have also complained many times to the company about the inherent faults in the system, but there has been no response from Renault on the issue. Again, shows of arrogance by the company. 4. Registration of car and handover of documents (Insurance, invoice, etc.) usually happens in a month, and hassle free. But, for Duster, I have been chasing the dealer (Renault Delhi East) to get needfull done. It has been more than a month, and I am yet to receive the docs. When I go to the dealer in Delhi, he tells me that documents are in Gurgaon, but when I check with him in Gurgaon, he asks me to collect the doc from his Delhi office. This is going on for a while now. Probably, Renault is to be blamed for this mismanagement. Some days back, I learnt about that a guy who, fed up with the problems in his Duster, is using his car to transport city's waste. Net net, Poor Quality interiors that start knocking within a month of purchase and ignorance/arrogance of Renault towards its customers, makes the car not worthy of any penny that you pay for its purchase.
