I booked at Jubiliant,Chennai and then cancelled it as I was moving to another state.The money was refunded by Jubiliant and I had no issues
we are sorry for the above incident but mr.raja has been clearly informed about the delivery status but he urge us and also spoke to senior people in nissan to get delivered early,while others are waiting in priority.moreover our md is not in india that time.eventhough we organised the refund cheque and given to mr.raja.we are not trained to lie.customer has to understand if the product has got some priority he has to wait like other customers if he overlude us and talk to directly to nissan people it leads problem.every custoemr is ready to get the prority but some want the delivery immediate.it is not possible because fo production & distribuition.
HI I was just going through the comments .I have observed that lots of the -ve comments are from the buyers from South India.I seems nissan has not choosen their sales representative wisely ,,,and these type of comments really ,push back serious potential buyers like me .Alos I am to happy see that there is over 90% positive feedback on the Nissan sunny ..but still if the after sales ervice is poor ..I have to think again for this CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR....Any suggestions and advice will be appreciated. The car is really good. the after sales service is pathetic. The service people will not respond to you. Even the person so called as GM for the branch doesnt have the common sense on how to speak to customers. they behave as if why did you buy this car. I happen to hear a comment from the customer service person that U r not the only cusotmer who is complaining, we have other complaints also for customer service. This shows how poor customer service nissan is providing. they have a good car, if they back it up with good customer service, it will be good. But for now, they are pathetic and are in a poor state.
Hi all About the car: Really nice cAAAAr.i love it.good space,good control in highways,Mileage 20.2 highways. About the dealer: I bought my NISSAN Sunny XV-D from JAIN Jubiliant,Chennai.Mr.Balaji deals with me in such a good way.
mr.raja's commented purely wrong. because i know him when i went to that showroom in egmore .he was there and shouted horribly entire showroom has disappointed because of him.. only mistake by him only this is simply answer he is a beautiful fraud trying to get more discount from the showroom.
Hi Mr.kannan, we will not know the pain till you get in that situation. i have dealt with jubilant nissan dealer in chennai. their service is very bad. they dont bother about customers after they sell the car. Selling their priority they will not help you with any service. if you give your car for service they will replace everything damaged or not damaged, in good condiditon or not ,they will just bake up the bill and make your life miserable.even if you are ready to pay th ebill, they will not give the car before 15-20 days. the workers are very slow. they are nto trianed properly. the staff doesnt know how to speak to customers and the managers there have no clue on what is going on. such an poor state the jubilant nissan service center is..I dont know why nissan choooses such lousy dealers inspite of them having good cars. The nissan dealer in chennai especially jubilant nissan has a very very bad service support. The behave like leeches ready to suck as much money from your pocket as they can
