I agree with you.Thay have really well built cars capable of capturing decent market share.But without adequate dealer/service net work they are not going to penetrate the market. Nissan is slowly increasing their dealer/service net work.Nevertheless the growth is very slow for a vast country like ours.Totally relying on a single dealer per city is suicidal for Nissan .They should act fast if they are really serious about India.But on the other hand, Last week my car refused to start due to a faulty battery (EXIDE).Within an hour, their on road side assistant people (myTVS) reached my place and helped me to jump start my car and taken to the service station.

absolutely correct as far one dealer for a big city like chennai will create very big problem to customers and it will certainly affect the sales of their brands and customers will afraid when they think of service and any breakdown. Certainly no doubt that Nissan brands are very popular in automobile world and also it is trustworthy cars. So, my suggestion is to improve the dealer net work and service net work that it will be leading seller of cars in chennai.
