I have recently purchased the E250-CDI. It is a beautiful car with great looks with equally great performance.
I want to share a small issue and would like to know if anybody has experienced the same. I cranked the engine by keeping the gear shift lever in 'D' mode. The car did not start (it is mentioned in the manual that the car won't start either in 'D' mode or in 'R' mode). I realized that the gear lever was in 'D' mode and then I put it in 'P' mode but it did not start. I was required to switch off the ignition and then crank it again to start the engine in 'P' mode..
