Maruti Swift Dzire Details Quick Start on Maruti Swift Dzire
I have purchased a Maruthi Swift Dzire vechile from Surakshaa car care PVT LTD on 09/08/2012. We found that the front right hand side door pad and rear left hand side pad are used old door pads. We presume that, it is replaced from some other car by Maruthi or suraksha. We have paid the full amount, but we got a secondhand products from Maruthi. Is this the way you do business in the market? We have immediately lodged our complained on 11/08/2012 and took the car to the showroom. The service people and the showroom owner has verified and informed us that it will be replaced with the new piece within 4 days. We are following up with the showroom and did not get a feedback
