break problem with swift dezire

Dear, you hv been misguided. The car's minimum rpm is 750 and there is no problem in braking. I own a new dzire vdi , driven 6600 km, mileage 20 kmph with ac on highway, 15 in the city, a whooping 26 i managed on 120 km stretch without ac driving at 80. This is the best car in its class

@satish this is absolutely true. New swift/dzire are having braking problem when driven in bumper to bumper traffic (at around 10-15 kmph). the brake pedal becomes hard and doesn't respond. it's a pity that maruti suzuki is not acknowledging this defect and passing on the buck. they have become complacent due to swift/dzire's success. There are numerous testimonial to this problem on sites like team-bhp.com and autocarindia.com @manish pls do a fact finding and then repond. swift is having this problem...everyone knows hope you are not working for them

I have not noticed this though but at high speeds i find the braking of VXI not up to the mark and it doesn't give that confidence even at low speeds.the test drive with ZXI model doesn't highlite this problem as a result we end up buying other models as we feel thay have the same braking system which is not the case. I will surely check at low speeds now and give a feed back on this.Appreciate for bringing out this kind of problem where all can benefit.

Yes, i too have the same problem with the brakes in my 2012 Model Swift Dzire Vxi. When we are moving slowly (less than 15 Kms/hr) in traffic, the brakes are not responding. Will the company help us in getting this problem solved?

Breaking system in New dzire is worst. In slow moving traffic you can hardly apply the breaks.
