engine displacement

I mean Engine displacement, not replacement

this car can not compete with Innova as this is almost 300 mm smaller then innova in length.. which makes innova better 3 row seating car.

How would the AC with same engine capacity fare in such a car when the inner space of car is more. IN Wagon R - AC in peak summers (I am from Delhi) is really not efective primarliy becuase space of the boot is open & big. While on space aspects a hatch back looks okay - but AC functionality needs to be checked. I hope teh company would have thought about this aspect...

very rightly said the cc diffirence is a very big pointer and itself is the biggest reason that ertiga is not in the league of comparision with the innova for those who consider the 30 c lenght only a baenchmark pulsar is as long as nano but are the two identical the same goes for ertiga and swift the base model of innova is priced at 8,89,000 and ertiga at 5,69,000 and still if the difference is prominent enough you should go in for buying the ertiga as an replacement for the Innova

When a new car comes into the market, initial hype is always good.. but only time will tell about the above concerns which are valid, esp the displacement, ac and power to pull up when fully loaded with passengers

More importantly, the engine displacement is what one should not forget..Innova 1900 and Ertiga 1300 cc ..how it could be compared ? Engine performance--Innova upto 3 lakh kms no worry at all, so need wait at least one more year to check the Ertiga's..and not the most need of today's era is Air conditioner..and dont think could satisfy in peak summer with 6 passengers around...Wait guys. wait...

thats absolutely right how can maruti make an suv with small car specifications? may have improved the mileage but will definitely cost big on performance in the long run. i hape people trying to buy evaluate all this and dont blindly buy as it is from maruti. i hope everyone understands what i mean by that.

yes, your que is right that engine power is low with 7 seater but i know very well that maruti is the no.01 car manuf..in india its not a truck company like tata & make car all persion know tata all car not sucsees in the same or more with heavy power, car banana har company nahi jaan sakti so maruti ne jo step uthaya he kya ye baat unke enngi,,nahi jante isliye kewal power se performance ke bare me nahi jana ja sakta in my op maruti is the best opsion purchage in car jaise ki moter cycle me hero honda he uska 98cc ki power sabke hosh uda deti he aise hi car ke bare me general bate nahi chalti company ke uper hi choda jata he we have very very expert staff & engi.. thanks all
