Maruti 800 Details Quick Start on Maruti 800

I am from economically developing family (middle class), wanted to have a small car with low budget. To buy a used car, I have conducted deep researches and finally decided to buy Maruti 800. Of course you cannot expect everything in a low budgeted, but you get what you have paid for. All I have to say at this point of time of being an owner about a month to a car is “I am very much satisfied”. about Maruti 800. I am aware that I am still a layman to talk about technicalities and mechanics about the car. But this car helps me a lot to practice and train-up driving a four-wheeler at the same time I can use it for driving with my family members. I went to a driving school for just one week and I am driving for myself. My ultimate statement now is – if you are a learner or entering into the four-wheel world or you want to earn the pride of owning a car, please go ahead with Maruti 800. It is economical and efficient. This is all for now, maybe I will be able to share more experiences in the near future. Mr. Murthi, Since 1 year now I have driven about 16000 Kms and counting...maintenance-wise it is low...but still it has become very old (14 yrs. now) I wish to go for a net segment car...I was thinking of Alto Xplore (limited version)..but once again it is is 800 CC, alternatively I am thinking of Chevorlate Beat ! what do you suggest ? Hi Yuvaraj, Nice to hear from you! At present am using Maruti A-star car. I like this car very much. Am getting millage 19-20 kms without AC. 16-17 kms with AC. It looks good and new style, very easy to drive.. Very compact for my family. 3 cuties can sit, play in the dicky space when we drive. I like very much this car. Also 0 maintenance when am using this car. If your family members 4 and for normal use you can go for A-star.. If you think need big segment car. I will recommend for you Maruti Ertiga. My next dream car is Maruti Ertiga. But, now a days my a-star is more then enough! It is giving good pic up. I never feel anything bad with this car. Enjoy! Bye. Now a days diesel cost also reaching nearly rs.50. so, there is no big different with petrol. Petrol engine has noiseless, no vibration, not much maintenance cost.... do not invest more money for small segment car. Then think yourself.. I bought this car from marui true value. bye
