Pickup  is good , no complaint about that. But the glow box on in the middle of the console just above the interactive screen shoould have made matted so that it does't blind the driver due to sum reflection!! Its latch also is not user friendly as it need special training to shut it !!

Mileage not upto the deised level especially in city ,Mahindra could improve it further.

Needs to improve : Help line is quite a SHAM , no body ever comes to ur rescue_- I had a front flat tyre on a downward slope in Shimla on the 15th.Jun ,tried calling the helpline who in turn directed me to local workshop in Shimla who gave all sort of alebies not to come especially in a situation where the vehicle has had a front flat -U know difficult it is to jack up the vehicle and then open the wheel which has been tightened by the comapny ,it really needs a electric spaaner to open it being so hard and heavy! Overall Experience---This is the third time since I bought it in Dec the vehicle's doors have started rattling as the mounting of the Hinges have become loose( first time in the history of automobiles one has heard that. Yestersay at Sri Durga( Moti Nagar, Delhi) fixed it but to my horrer by the evening I noticed that while tightening the mounting they disturbed the alignment of the Driver side front door and as a result it is scrathing the door frame (while closing it ). Such an old compay in Automobiles and such fundamental faults and pathetic service. I don't know how many times it will be required to sent to the workshop for this problem!! Today again I have sent it.

Brakes skidding is perennial and omni present . Whenever one applies brakes at speeds higher than 40km/ph one is not confident about the efficacy of the brakes as they skid and make a dragging sound. Despite almost every XUV owner complaing about it the Company has chosen to look the other way and the Deales keep showing u a loolipop of A Solution being worked out -are thery waiting for some fatelaties to happen only then they will recall the vehicles to fix this problem.

So folks consider all these facts before going in for a purchase of this vehicle!
