Before buying, they have made many commitments and assurance, but sleeping after sales services, though complaints made to head office mail. Overall Experience I am having 2011 & 2015 model Verna Fludic. I deeply regret after buying this 2015 model Verna, however, very happy with previous model of 2011. I never regret of my previous model, but after buying 2015 model. I thought that I have done great mistake instead of buying other segment vehicle like Honda Civic or Suzuki Ciaz or similar model of other segment car. Other segment model of same range is better than new 2015 model Verna.
