Poor Road assistance and Locking system performance
Service request no: 34184 Our car was immobile at 6 pm on 14th june. We asked for 24x7 road assistance.first they gave 40 min tat to resolve it..after 40 min they gave contact no of commercial hyundai who again asked for another 1 hour time..but after 1 hr given number was switched off..again contact center took online some technician who asked for another 1.15 hour time to resolve..thn got call back from comm hyundai and assured that 2 person coming to resolve. then 2 local person came at 9:45 and opened the door with spoke of cycle.Whereas commercial hyundai was just 3 km away from location, we got service after 2 n half hour? that too by some unauthorised person??, who also asked Rs.300 for it??? so secured electronic locking system breached by them in 5 min with spoke of cycle????
