It is very sad to see that the company like honda are unable to provide good after sales service specially when it comes to servcing of the car at the honda authorised service center.Lst time i went to Hall mark honda Nerul Navi Mumbai for servicing and found tht the normal guidlines and checks which service enginner should follow like checking the car thoroughly was not followed ,And he was filling all the requsite checklist sitting in the office rather thn actually checking andfilling.New Honda City car has the auxiliry port for the pen drive and I had kept 4 gb Kingston Pen Drive in the car before giving the car for servicing.Pen dive was haviong songs and some important documents loaded on it.As car was not properly checked before taking for service by service engineer pen drive was in car ,But when took the delivery of the car after servicing thats missing ,Same thing i reportedto the service manager.Intially instead of investigating the matter he pointed out that i was lying .I told him that when i brought the car for servicing i was very much listing to the pen drive and when i took the delivery of car after servicing music system was also on auxiliary port mode which i showed to service manager .Finally he assured me tah he will investigate the matter and will call me but even after 10 days i am waiting for his call.Now thats what you call customer satifaction?????. I hope after reading this i might atlest get call from the concerned person..

I want to invest about 2.5 to 3.5 Lakhs on Hyundai I10 or I20 car. Please suggest give the required information. Regards Anil NG

All, Thanks for your inputs.This have definitely motivated me to take City. I have contacted my dealer and he has informed me about the charges.One thing which struck me is the handling charges of Rs 8000 which he has quoted.Is it mandatory everywhere ? And also if anyone can guide me on which bank is the best.It would be great.
