Look and Style  Good looks. Butch front, looks like a real SUV.   Comfort  Rear seats not comfortable.  Swivel rather than turn down completely,   Pickup  OK.   Mileage Poor  .  8 kmpl.   Best Features   Needs to improve Aftersales service and apathy to customers.   Overall Experience .  Very poor, mainly due to the sales and service.  Broke the cross propellor after 40000 km, service station first changed all belts - around Rs 17000 , then told me that the catalytic convertor worth around Rs  90000 was gone. Cross propellor diagnosis done after lot of acrimony.  Paid all bills, complained to Ford India who made me run around in circles from service station to staion.Got nothing to show for it but a bundle of Raddi - the Ford emails! Now buying another vehicle but taking care not to go within 100 km of Ford showrooms.  ITS GOODBYE FORD FOR ME  !@#$$
