Ford pathetic customer service
Hi, I had booked (giving 50,000/- advance) Ford Ecosport through SC Auto Agencies, Malad, Mumbai on 5th Nov 2014. They had mentioned that the car has a lead time and will inform by mid of January about the status. The car has been in so demand that the sales guys do not care to respond to customers after taking the booking. And after repeated followups they call and inform that they do not have any clue yet about the deliveries. They have all the attitude to be rude & say that we don't know and can't help, you just have to wait. I guess the brand is selling good & now do not care for customers. I think I am lucky to realise this much before about the pre-sales & would have really suffered for the post sales & service, where they think they are alloting cars & doing favors. I hope Ford India changes the attitude of people within, especially the ground staff. Regards
