False commitment and Bad (Rather Golibaaz) Behaviour

Overall Experience Hi, I am a resident of Bareilly (U.P.) I booked Ford Ecosport in Jan'15 at Local Dealer "CAPL Ford" and gave a Cheque of Rs 50000 on 16th Jan, 2015 as booking amount. I was promised by their Executive (Mr Shivam-08859006834) that car will be delivered till 10th of Feb but from last 10 days he was not picking my call and today when I again tried to contact him; he informed me abruptly that it will take another 10 days or so the attitude of Executive was very casual & Unprofessional and he made false commitment from starting. I guess sale of few hundreds units PAN India has made them arrogant!! Nikhil Goyal
