No its a 5 seater. Please not that there are doors at back as well. the handle to open the doors can be visible if you take a closer look at the picture's back side part of car.

I was quite enthusiastically waiting for the arrival of Chevrolet Beat in Indian Market. Now it has become a reality. My anxiety is about the mileage this small car would provide on Indian Roads both in the highways and metropolis. There is a general appreciation for the look of this small beauty. The cost offered by the Company is also moderate and suits the pockets of middle income group. The unanswered question is whether it can challenge similar small cars in the case of mileage too. Will someone enlighten me in this regard?
This car is called Chevy Spark in internation markets. Nice response on it abroad so Chevy launched it here

Description :Hi Friends, I was researching on chevrolet beat as it looked like such a cool car in pictures and for the pricing mentioned it seems like a steal ! Worth waiting. After researching more and talking to dealers and reading online about chevrolet beat i found out that when it was first shown at the concept show at the 2007 New York Auto Show it had 3 doors 2 front doors and rear gate to give access to the boot area, but in reality it is coming to India with five door instead of a three-door, with the front doors having smaller size. I wonder if the car will still look as cool as it does in the 2 dcor version pictures. I am eagerly awaiting its launch :)
