I booked Toyota Innova Euro with Piooner Motors in Patial by depost

I booked Toyota Innova Euro with Piooner Motors in Patial by deposting Rs. 50000/- on 2 Feb 2012.The Car was alloted to me through CSD. On 16 April 2012 i was asked by the dealter to deposite the full amount through DD in favour of CSD bhatinda. Which was done the same day and the documents sent to the dealer at Patiala. I was later informed that the Car will be leaving bangalore for patiala on 26 Apr and it should be available after 2 may 2012 for delivery? now yesterday I was told on enquiring that the cdar has not left Banglaore as yet? Where as on 26 apr I got a call from the dealer executive to arrange my funds as the car has left Bangalore on 25 Apr and should be there by 2 May?
