Maruti A-Star is good car for this budget but its on road price might go above 3.5 lacs.... if your budget is exact 3.5 lacs then you can go for Maruti Alto.... its mileage is high and the maintenance of this car also required low cost..... for more details about this car you may visit the above link.....
