I am looking forward to buy chevrolet beat deisel LT, but the thing that is pulling me back is leg space in the rear seat. I have heard that it is not enough for 6 feet tall person. I would like to have your opinion on this matter and any thing else that I should look into before buying this car

Yes the rear seating is not so very comfortable for a 6 footer but never the less the Beat has good head room and shoulder space.
