As per your query, all of these three fuel types has their respective pros & cons. Which fuel will be most suitable for your car is totally depends on your driving behavior.
If you are looking for a speedy, smooth and hassle free drive you should go for Petrol run car. And if you are looking for a environment friendly fuel, than you should go for LPG and CNG run car. While if you are looking for a economical and powerful drive then you should go for Diesel version.
While the LPG/CNG run system beats diesel engine in running cost, comfort, emission level, investment and performance. On the other hand the diesel engine is better in maintenance and power.

if your daily run is less than 30km go for petrol.
more than 30km but less than 80km go for cng.
and if more than 80km go blindly for diesel.
I'm not recommending lpg because its only slightly cheaper than petrol and pain is not worth taking unless cng stations are not available in your city.
