VW to increase dealership in India

Volkswagen is planning to increase its dealerships in India from 25 to 40 in the year 2009-10 thereby intends to sell over 3,000 units in the same period. Recently the company opened a new dealer in Rajkot. According to Neeraj Garg, member of the Board and Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen aims to open dealerships in Kolkata, Indore, Goa, Cochin, Jaipur, Vijaywada, Bangalore, Surat, Ahmadabad, Hyderabad, Ludhiana and Bhopal, Jalandhar, Khozhikode, Delhi, Lucknow, Noida, Chandigarh and Chennai. He added that the company sold 1,566 units of VW vehicles in 2008. Garg said Volkswagen will soon introduce its Volkswagen Polo in India. It is believed that the company might showcase the new hatchback in Auto Expo 2010. some new reports also suggests that Toyota Prius might be displayed in the Auto Expo.

Since six month back for volkswagen POLO when time is coming near 2 buy i am finding any Dealer in north east reason.What a sad for me or for company?Please let me know.
