Spied: New Toyota Corolla Coming Soon!

Less than a year has passed since the 11th generation Corolla Altis was launched in the Indian market. But the leaks and grapevines would never stop occurring. Recently, we covered a news on the Toyota Safety Sense video which hinted towards a new Corolla in the making, but now it seems to be true that Toyota is serious in launching a mid-life facelift of the sedan for the ASEAN market.

The spyshot reveals upcoming sedan having a nice treatment at the front with revised bumpers that is connected to the honeycomb grille. The headlights at the front are encircled by chrome while LED daytime-running lights can be seen at the lower end. The side profile looks the same but the new set of alloy wheels and black side skirt uplift the sporty stance.

Back end too received significant changes with revamped bumper, tail-lights with clear lens and a few other alterations. Though the facelift isn't expected to come to the Indian market before 2016 and there hasn't any word from the maker about the sedan, but we could see the official glimpse of it at the upcoming Shanghai Motor Show.

Also Toyota India has no plans to launch any new vehicle this year but will do showcase next-gen Innova, Vios sedan and new Fortuner SUV next year in Delhi Auto Expo.
