Renault Duster AWD: Features, Variants and Prices!

After having a dream run since its inception two years back, Renault Duster today added a new all-wheel-drive (AWD) version to its line-up. The Duster AWD is available in two trims, namely RxL and RxZ, priced at INR 11,89,499 Lakh and 12,99,499 (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.

Engine & Transmission 

Powered by the same 1.5 dCi CRDi diesel engine, which is capable of 110PS@4000RPM of maximum power and peak torque of 245NM@1750RPM, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Renault claims a fuel efficiency of 19.72 kmpl from this Duster's 4x4 avatar. Furthermore, the AWD also comes with an ECO Mode option, which is claimed to have less fuel consumption by up to 10 percent. The All Wheel Drive of the SUV comes in shift-by-fly options of 2WD, AUTO & 4WD.

Features:

The SUV comes equipped with Electronic Torque Control (ETC), that intelligent torque distribution to all wheels for high speed high torque balance. An all-wheel independent multilink suspension has been installed for better ride and comfort. Else, it also gets ABS with EBD, brake assist, dual front airbags,.Electronic Stability programme (ESP), Anti-Skid resistance (ASR), Hill Start Assist, cruise control and reverse parking sensors. 

Changes Inside-Out:

On the exterior, additions comes in the form of anthracite alloy wheels, smoked headlamps, electrically adjustable outside mirrors and front fog lamps. While on the inside, a new improved dashboard, multi-information display panel, rear seat centre armrest, 8-way adjustable driver seat, new navigation consoles, steering-mounted audio-phone controls and a sporty three-spoke steering wheel has made their way.

Colour Options:

The new Renault AWD is available in six colours, including amazon green, pearl galaxy black, pearl supreme white, metallic woodland brown, metallic graphite grey and metallic moonlight silver.
