The exterior or the body of the bus is distinctive from other buses. The side panels are first pasted to the frame of the bus and later on they are painted. Mercedes Benz Buses are being assembled at Chakan plant in Pune in Maharashtra. Mercedes Benz has been manufacturing buses from the early decades of the twentieth century. But what they made then and what they make now has a far flung difference. This third generation car has been introduced in India in two editions: first edition with AMG style model at Rs. 66 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and second edition with the standard model at Rs. 56.9 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
