Hyundai unifies used car business under H-PROMISE

Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) unified its used-car business under one brand name “H-PROMISE” globally. Earlier it was known as “Hyundai Advantage” but know with the integrated program approach, the “H-PROMISE” will provide the one stop solution for the buyers and sellers of used car section. Its a unique step towards achievement of 'Customer Delight', as the “H” symbolizes Hyundai & its Customer's association of trust & togetherness which goes hand in hand. Through this H Promise, the manufacturer will be able to spread awareness, information and increase transparency among the used car customers.

Commenting on this occasion, Mr. B S Seo, MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd, said, “With a strong customer base and a robust network established in the market, we are delighted to bring our used car business under the globally acclaimed H-Promise. H-Promise will be a unified brand that will offer our commitment for customer-oriented service and strive for customer satisfaction.” With the H-Promise, the auto-maker offers a probe for “up gradation to a bigger car @ lower EMI”. 

The company has also revamped its used car website http://hpromise.hyundai.co.in/, which gives customers an online platform to Buy, Sell & Exchange Used Cars. Hyundai Motor India currently maintains 335 operational dealers in 225 locations across India.

During CY2013, Hyundai recorded 70,000 exchanges and sold over 15,000 certified used cars. By the end of CY2014, the company projects 85,000 exchange sales, stretching the sales of its certified used cars to 18,000 with the operational dealership network climbing to 360 across India.
