Hyundai Motors India Ltd, which is a significant player of the Indian car market in both manufacturing and exporting, is commencing the sixth season of its ‘Always Around’ campaign in the country on 24th of June. This is basically a service initiative in which the brand is going to conduct check-ups for its customers at easily approachable locations. Last year, nationwide 8383 locations were involved and this year the locations count has moved up to 8800 for this campaign which will be conducted on every Saturday and Sunday till December 2012. It is anticipated that on the launch day itself, more than 7500 vehicles across 511 locations will be registering at this campaign and the company will be bringing smiles to the faces of around 110000 customers by making their cars maintain a good condition.
The locations chosen for the Hyundai Always Around Campaign are pretty accessible and frequently visited like Joggers Park, Multiplexes, Shopping Malls etc., also including Select Residential Blocks. The USP of the campaign is that it is an initiative by the company itself in which it reaches out to the customers for providing best services at convenient places and time at absolutely no extra cost. The best example of the services rendered in this campaign is, when a customer visits the mall for shopping, his/her car be cleaned and serviced in the meantime, in turn saving enough on time and money.
The launch of this campaign was announced by the Director of Sales & Marketing of HMIL, Mr. Arvind Saxena. He mentioned that the company is always aiming at treating the customers with trouble-free experience all throughout and Hyundai always conducts extensive research on the needs and demands of the customers before delivering the products. The Always Around Campaign speaks of the company’s intensions of putting best efforts in sales and services and this would ultimately feed to the bond of the company and the customers. He added that the company has witnessed huge success over the years and is confident that this year also the customers would benefit a lot from this initiative.
In the Hyundai Always Around Campaign, a comprehensive 17-point check up will be performed which will include the coolant and oil top-up, tyre and vehicle polishing and thorough examination of the vehicle. The service team will be collecting feedback and suggestions on its performance after extending their services. As a special attraction, latest Hyundai cars would be exhibited and opened for test-drives.
