Since early this year, there have been speculations about the small crossover based on the Honda Jazz. If the rumors are to be believed, then the next gen Honda Fit, the other name that Honda Jazz is known as in some markets is expected to be revealed in 2013. The Crossover might be manufactured along with the sedan and hatchback, at the Mexican plant which will start functioning sometime in 2014.
Honda currently sells approximately 8 Lakh units of the Fit/Jazz. Both, the hatchback and sedan variants worldwide perform well and are acclaimed. The crossover version will mainly be targeting North American and European consumers.

Jazz is also one such model in the Honda line up that has won a lot of acclaim for being stylish and economic. The other popular cars in the Honda line up include Honda Civic, Honda Brio, and Honda City. The Honda Jazz hatch falls in the price bracket of Rs. 5.75Lakh and Rs. 6.41 Lakh for the top end model.
