The new product is available in India as Eagle F1 GSD3. Goodyear has currently launched new and innovative global products in India which includes Duraplus and Assurance Fuel Max. All these new products brag about the innovation that has been engineered to address the top needs of compact and mid-sized passenger car owners. The Eagle F1 series tyres are performance packed along with the style and looks. The Goodyear kas launched this tyre to target the young and sporty consumers who are passionate about road performance and style. The portfolio of the Goodyear tyres expanded after the multiple award winning tyre Eagle F1 GSD-3 was launched in the market. The tyre has been designed at Europe and now it is being manufactured in India.
The stylish radial of the tyre comes from iconic tread pattern and V-TREDTM Technology that is meant to increase the tyre traction and handling in wet and dry surface conditions. The OneTread Design is meant to stabilize the tread to decrease the skidness. Extreme V-Tred technology is meant to shed out the water from the surface of the tyre. The AquaSilTM Technology is innovative and is meant to enhance the gripping. DP Singh who is the Vice President at the Consumer Business of Goodyear India Ltd, reported that the Eagle F1 GSD3 tyres have been re- introduced after a in-depth research on the current mindset and needs of the young or young-at-heart Indian consumers. The Eagle F1 GSD3 is being offered in four sizes and is meant to cater the popular mid-segment cars like Maruti Swift, Maruti Ritz, Maruti Dzire, Hyundai i10, Hyundai i20, Honda City, etc. The future plans of Goodyear tyres include the launch of Eagle F1 GSD3’s successor, the Eagle F1 Directional 5 later this year.
