Audi A4 Premium Sport Edition Launched at Rs 38 lac

As the Mercedes Benz is all set to bring the new C Class in India on 25th November, the rival company Audi in order to expand its model line-up has launched the Audi A4 Premium Sport Edition at Rs 38 lac (Ex-Showroom, Delhi). The A4 Premium Sport Edition is placed between A4 Technology Pack trim and A4 Premium trim. 

The updated A4 Premium Sport variant embraces redesigned front bumper, carbon-black styling package which offers wing mirror, door moldings and window sills. This premium saloon rides on 17-inch, 20-spoke alloy wheels. The new model features two exterior shades-Red and White. The standard model of A4 gets dual tone interiors while the Premium Sport variant gets all-black interiors. The Premium Sport variant also gets gloss black front grille, S-line logo on fenders, window frames, outside rear view mirrors and a rear diffuser. 

Under the hood, the  A4 Premium Sport carries a refined 2.0-litre TDi diesel engine which churns a max power of 175.6bhp at  4,200rpm and peak torque of 380Nm between 1,750-2,500rpm. The engine is mated to Audi’s Multitronic CVT gearbox. In terms of performance, the saloon is capable to achieve 0 to 100kmph mark in 7.9 seconds. 

On the global platform, Audi has revealed some new teaser sketches of its imminent concept car for the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show. Additionally, the company has finally picked the 'Prologue' name for its new concept, rather than the A9 Concept reported earlier.
