Scala Diesel RxE Review

Renault India, the Indian subsidiary of the French car maker Renault has launched the Renault Scala Diesel RxE version in the Indian auto market. This entry level diesel sedan from Renault comes at a competitive price of just Rs. 8.29 lakh (ex showroom, New Delhi). The company is in India for quite a few years till now and it has been doing impressive sales in the country's profitable car bazaar. The company's flagship sedan Renault Scala was first introduced in the year 2012 and since then it has been doing quite well for the company. Recently, in the month of April, the company has launched the Travelogue edition of Renault Scala and now it has introduced the Renault Scala RxE diesel base variant in the country. This sedan has a lot of similarities with the popular Nissan Sunny sedan series and it has managed to achieve a decent market share. Now with the launch of base diesel version of Renault Scala, the company has extended its diesel lineup in the country. This new premium sedan is offered with set of noticeable features in terms of both exteriors and interiors that makes it as one of the best in class sedans in the entry level C segment.

Exteriors:

The exteriors of this premium class sedan, Renault Scala Diesel RxE are beautifully crafted with an aerodynamic design. The front facade of this premium sedan gets a neatly styled hexagonal shaped radiator grille integrated with an air dam below it, which helps in quicker cooling of this sedan.
