Toyota Camry, the car was introduced in the year 1982; however it saw the India car bazaar decades later in the year 2002. After Toyota Corolla, Camry is the model that drives Toyota’s sales around the world especially in North America where it is the best selling passenger vehicle. Toyota Camry has seen six generations and in August 2012, the car will enter into its seventh avatar. So far Toyota has sold around 14million Camry’s across nations. Under the hood the car will hold a 2.5litre 2AR-FE 4 cylinder Petrol engine churns out 179bhp power along with 233Nm torque. New Camry gives an excellent opportunity to its parent company to stronghold its position in the Indian market against Volkswagen, Honda, Hyundai and likes.
