Maruti XA Alpha- Unveiling at Auto Expo 2012

Maruti India is working very hard to be on the top spot of the Indian car market. At the 2012 Auto Expo that was organized in New Delhi in January, Maruti Suzuki proudly unveiled its compact SUV, Maruti XA Alpha. However, right now it is just a concept and is expected to be put into the production later this year. The major USP of the car is its compact design and its comfort level. This five-seater SUV is most likely to come powered by almost all comfort features, starting from power steering, power windows, air conditioning with heater, anti lock braking system with airbags for the driver and front co passenger. The unveiling event of the SUV was quite huge, and our expectations from this car have risen as well. Under the hood scenario of the SUV is still a mystery for the time being, but the car will come with a 1.3 litre of K-Series Fiat’s multi jet diesel engine that would deliver an average mileage of 8 to 10 km per litre.
